Kayaking & paddleboarding
Two single kayaks and two paddleboards are yours to use on the James River. Life jackets provided.
River swimming
Cool off in your own stretch of the James River — the swimming holes shift and change with the water level.
Riverside picnics
A picnic table on the gravel bar makes the perfect basecamp for a long, lazy day at the water.
Private hot tub

A playground plus a locking gate on the back deck make the property genuinely kid-friendly.

The covered back porch has an outdoor Roku TV and a deep sectional — ideal on a rainy day.
